Canceling An Order

To cancel your pending order, please send an e-mail to orders@bookcloseouts.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER". Include your order number and contact information please.

Our Customer Service team will reply to your cancellation request. If the order has already been processed, we can not complete the cancellation. In that event, you can contact us when the order arrives to arrange for return authorization.

Returning A Regular Order

  • All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  • Our Customer Service department will determine if a price adjustment or refund is warranted. We do not accept returns without a Customer Service Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Please contact Customer Service for return authorization (RAN) and to check on the status of any items being returned to us.
  • Please note, music CDs, audio books, videos and software can not be returned once opened.

Sale Items

Even our great prices are further reduced from time to time. This may include single titles, or books of an entire category. Customers, who purchase these books, prior to the price reduction, will not be eligible for the discount or a credit for the difference.

Gift Wrapping

We do not provide a gift wrapping service; however, we do offer a Drop-Ship delivery option which is great for giving gifts. Items that are drop shipped are delivered to the address of your choice, with no payment information included.

Order Status

Please view estimated Shipping Times as well as your Past Orders Summary for your order's status. If your order is missing or delayed, please contact Customer Service within two weeks of your order's estimated delivery time. Be sure to include your shipping confirmation number or your order ID along with your contact information.
